(hereinafter: the “Company”).

This Privacy Policy details the rules and instructions regarding the collection, processing, use and storage of the information relating to you (hereinafter: the “information”) by the Company.

Your use of the Website constitutes explicit and unconditional consent to all the conditions detailed in this Privacy Policy, including the collection, processing, use and storage of the information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Provision of information by you
    1. While using the Website, registering, or creating an account on the Website you may be prompted to provide details about yourself such as your name and contact details (telephone, address, e-mail address, etc.) as well as asked to choose a personal username and password. The Company reserves the right to determine from time to time additional and/or other means of identification and recommends that you keep the username and password confidential.

Whenever you contact the Company, either by sending an e-mail message to the Company or by other means, the Company may receive personal details about you.

  1. If you choose to purchase services offered for sale on the Website, the Company will not store your credit card information under any circumstances. The information provided by you as part of the payment procedure, will be provided by you directly to the Company’s clearing provider for processing, storage and making the payment, and will be exclusively handled by the clearing provider, in accordance with the provisions of the credit card companies’ standards applicable to it.
  2. It is emphasized that the information provided by you while using the site, including personal identification information and other details as aforementioned, are provided by you voluntarily, with your consent, and there is no legal obligation to for you to provide them.
  1. Information collected when using the Website
    1. In addition to receiving identifying information about you on your initiative, when using the Website, a lot of additional information may be collected. The information is collected automatically and can include, but is not limited to, the pages viewed on the Website, actions performed on it, the links chosen on it, the websites from which the users arrived at the Website, the length of time they stayed on the Website, the operating systems used by the visitors to the Website, their Internet browsers, the countries from which they access, etc.
    2. In addition, the Company, through the Website, may make use of data and identifying information which is not personal in order to diagnose the behavior of the Website’s users, and adapt the site according to the behavior of said users accordingly.

It is hereby clarified that this Privacy Policy does not cover or relate to the way third party sites use cookies or their other means of tracking and identification.

It is hereby brought to your attention; your very use of the Website indicates your consent to the installation of cookies or tracking technologies on your computer as well as to the use of information as mentioned above. If you do not wish to receive cookies or tracking technologies, you can avoid this by changing the settings in your browser. In addition, you can delete the cookies or the means of tracking on your computer at any moment. It is hereby clarified that should you choose to do so, the site may not be adjusted to your preferences and deleting or deactivating the cookies or tracking technologies may result in you not being able to use some of the services and features on the Website or other internet websites.
  2. Use of information
    1. The use of the information you provide, as well as the information collected while using the Website, will be performed in accordance with this Privacy Policy alone or according to the provisions of any law, and includes:
      1. To enable you to purchase and use the services offered on the Website;
      2. To improve and enrich the services offered on the Website, including creating new services and content that meet the requirements of Website’s users, and to modify or cancel existing services and content;
      3. To adapt advertisements and commercial and marketing information to your personal preferences and/or your shopping habits such as promotions, coupons and messages; 
      4. To occasionally send you information about products, services, content and offers that may be of interest to you, as well as marketing and advertising information – whether it is information that we publish ourselves or information that we receive from other advertisers. For clarity’s sake and to the avoidance misunderstandings, such information will only be sent to you if you have provided expressed consent, and at any time you may revoke your consent and stop receiving it in accordance with the provisions of Section 30a of the Israeli Telecommunications Law [Bezeq and Services],  תשמ”ב1982;

      6. For any other purpose specified in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use of the site;
    2. In addition, the Company may transfer the aforementioned information to third parties in the following cases:
      1. In case you violate or attempt to violate the Website’s Terms of Use and/or in the event that you perform or attempt to perform through the Website, or in connection with it, actions that appear to be contrary to the law;
      2. If the Company receives a judicial order instructing it to hand over your details or information about you to a third party;
      3. For the purpose of verifying the information you provided to the Company when you used the Website in order to protect the Company from acts of fraud and deception as well as any dispute, claim, claim, demand, or legal proceedings, if they shall arise, between you and the Company and/or any of its representatives;

    1. The Company will keep the information for uses detailed in this Privacy Policy, for a period of time required to fulfil the aforementioned uses.
    2. The servers on which the information will be stored, all of which or some of whom, may be located outside to the borders of The State of Israel, are subject to the privacy protection laws of other countries in the world, including countries which do not provide identical protection to that which the Israeli law grants to your privacy
    3. By using the Website you explicitly authorize the Company to transfer the information collected about you, subject to this Privacy Policy, to these countries as well. If you do not approve of this, you must stop all use of the Website.
  4. Data Security
    1. The Website and the servers where the information is stored implement commonly accepted systems and procedures for information security. While these systems and procedures reduce the risks of unauthorized intrusion, they do not provide absolute security. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the Website and/or the servers will be absolutely immune from unauthorized access to the information stored in them. You agree to provide the information and to the collection of information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy and assume the risk of the occurrence of information security events as a result of which the confidentiality, integrity or availability of said information will be affected.
    2. By using and purchasing on the Website, you declare that you will not have any claim and/or demand and/or claim against the Company and/or any of its representatives due to hacks, intrusions, malfunctions and/or disruptions of any kind on the Website, provided that the aforementioned was not under the control of the Company, and the Company took reasonable efforts to prevent the events.
  5. The right to review the information
    1. According to the Privacy Protection Law, every person has the right to review by themselves, or by their representative who has received written permission, their information that is held by the Company. A person who reviewed the information about them and found that it is not correct, complete, clear or up-to-date, may contact the owner of the database with a request to correct the information or delete it. Should the owner of the database refuse to fulfill this request, the applicant must be informed of this in the manner and method stipulated in the regulations. Regarding the refusal of the owner of a database to allow inspection and regarding a notice of refusal to correct or delete information, the person requesting of the information may appeal before the Magistrate’s Court in the manner and in the manner set forth in the Privacy Protection Regulations (Conditions for Inspection of Information and Rules of Law for Appealing Refusal of an Inspection Request), -התשמ”א1981.
  6. Jurisdiction and applicable law
    1. This Privacy Policy and the legal/statutory obligations applicable to the parties are subject to the laws of the State of Israel regardless of the customer’s or user’s location.
    2. The exclusive authority to discuss any claim and/or complaint and/or prosecution related to this Privacy Policy will be filed and determined in Israel only, in the competent courts under the jurisdiction of the State of Israel, in the district of Tel Aviv only.
  7. Changing and updating the Privacy Policy
    1. The Company adheres to the basic principles of data protection and sees this Privacy Policy as compulsory at its core. Therefore, the Company regularly reviews the Privacy Policy to ensure that it is free of errors, contains all the required information, is fully implemented and complies with the principles of data protection and prevailing legislation.
    2. The Company reserves the right to change and update the Privacy Policy from time to time, without prior notice, by uploading it to the Website (hereinafter: the “updated Privacy Policy”). The updated Privacy Policy will enter into force as it is uploaded to the Website, or at another time specified in the updated Privacy Policy and will apply to your use of the Website from that point on. Your continued use of the Website constitutes your agreement to all the terms of the updated Privacy Policy and therefore the Company recommends that you review the updated Privacy Policy before every use of the Website.
